Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a product does not match its description, we offer a full refund within 30 days.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • The product files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product significantly differs from what is described on the product page
  • Duplicate accidental purchase (contact us within 24 hours)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • Incompatibility with software versions not listed as supported
  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@digimela.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Include your order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
