3. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. DigiMela does not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database, Razorpay for payments, Resend for email).

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Account and order data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 5 years thereafter for compliance purposes. You may request deletion by emailing support@digimela.in.
